Gift Certificates
​Give the gift of Massage Therapy! You can give as little or as much as you like, and come in any service offering or dollar amount. Great for gifts to family, friends and co-workers. I make a personal promise that those given your gift certificate will be left in good hands!

Arrival Time
For your first visit, you will be required to complete a health history and consent via online that is sent to you via email prior to your massage appointment. For following appointments, please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time. If the receptionist or myself are not there to greet you upon your arrival, please have a seat in our waiting area and I will be with you shortly. For weekend appointments, please remain in your vehicle until I text or call you when I am able to come let you in as the building is locked over the weekends. I will do my best to accommodate late arrivals, although, arriving late for your massage appointment may deprive you the valuable treatment time.
Missed Appointments*
When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you - and ONLY you. I never double book and I try to always be ready for you when you arrive. In return, I ask that you keep your promise and show up for your appointment on time. Please understand that as a massage therapist, I only get paid when I deliver a service, therefore missed appointments are costly for me and prevent me from catering to other clients. That said, the clinic's policy is simple. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
Cancellation Policy*
All cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. In the event that you unable to keep your scheduled appointment with me, please contact via phone call or text at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you are unable to reach me or, please leave a message on the voicemail system. If I do not hear from you within this timeframe, and you do not keep your appointment, the above policy will be applied.
*Note: I recognize that life isn't perfect and there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and so the clinic may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.
